We are a small family owned business. We started off with land development, moved into fix & flips, & now we have also added new construction to our repertoire. When it comes to our fix & flip projects, we have become much better over the years at restoring & maintaining the character of homes, rather than simply “renovating” or “updating” them. We really do take pride in respecting the homes architectural style & finishes, & we have the amazing team to do it! When it comes to new construction, we take pride in building what other builders are not. The older charm & character that is now hard to find, the unique floor plans that excite & make it feel homey, that is what drives us. We are local to Sanford, NC. We enjoy being a part of Sanford’s rapid growth. This community is special to us, & we cannot imagine living anywhere else!
